The "SouzEnergo" Concern is active for already many years in the manufacture and supply of the boiler equipment, which is an important production unit in economy structure of any country. At the same time, the boilers are subject to increased danger that requires constant maintenance and inspection, which also can be performed by our staff. Hard (up to critical) working parameters, temperature and pressure, which the elements and devices of the boiler are working at, require high quality and reliability in production. In addition, production of boilers is not a mass production, in fact the production is unique in some ways, which causes additional complexity of manufacturing of industrial boilers. "SouzEnergo" offers a wide range of boiler equipment, including the most complex, produced to the customers’ drawings.
STEAM BOILERS
Description: Steam boilers of industrial capacity are devices accumulating the fuel firing energy in the heat-transfer agent, which are water-steam mixture or steam. Practically a boilers is a set of heat exchangers, which are transferring the fuel combustion heat from the boiler furnace to a heat-transfer agent. Fuel is fired in the boiler furnace and the hot gases move through gas pass formed by special
heat exchangers. The first is a superheater, where steam is heated up to 560 ℃ at a pressure of up to 900Mt. Further along the gas flow comes water economizer wherein the heating-system water is preheated and forwarded to the boiler. After the economizer the 100-170 ℃ hot gases are released into atmosphere.
Application: steam boilers are used to drive the turbine-driven generators of electricity, other technological needs, for heating and hot water supply of residential and industrial buildings, at thermal power plants, heat and power plants at steelworks, heat and power plants for chemical and other enterprises.

HOT WATER BOILERS
Description: hot water boilers are used for heating and hot water supply of residential and office buildings, industrial workshops, various ancillary facilities and other commercial buildings. Their principle of operation is almost the same as of the steam boilers, with the only difference water is used as a heat-transfer agent instead of steam, that results in some design differences, in particular the lack of superheater.
Application: water heating, heating and hot water supply of residential and industrial buildings. The water is heated by firing of gaseous, liquid or solid fuels.

LOW-POWER WATER BOILERS
Water boilers of КВ series: КВГМ-1.1; КВ-2.3Г/Ж (ТГМ-2); КВа-3.5-95 (ТГ-3) are used to produce hot water in industrial and municipal heating systems.
The boilers can be used as a part of mobile or stationary boiler installations. A distinctive structural feature of these type of boilers is the lack of special foundations and heavy brickwork envelope. The low-power water boilers are easy to install and operate.

Hot-water boilers of К В Г М series are intended for use in heating and industrial purpose heating installations as the main heat source.
The boiler is supplied divided into transportable fire chamber and convection units, equipped with platforms and ladders, pipelines within the boiler, shot-blasting unit. In agreement with the customer the boiler can be equipped with gas-oil burner, automatic control system, according to a standard project.

HEAT RECOVERY BOILERS
Description: heat recovery boilers are special boilers intended for generation of steam or water heating using the waste, exhaust thermal energy of various devices and units.
In recent years in search for new energy sources scientists are more often trying to use the heat previously released into atmosphere, so the waste heat recovery boilers are becoming more required. Most of the heat recovery boiler are installed after the metallurgical furnaces in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. In ferrous metallurgy the choice of steam parameters is determined primarily by the boiler operating conditions. In non-ferrous metallurgy, sodoregenerating industry and for sulfuric acid production, where flue gases contain sulfur oxides and other corrosive substances, the cooling medium pressure is selected so that the boiler heating surfaces temperature remains above the dew
point of the flue gases.

HEAT RECOVERY BOILER OF КУ SERIES
Heat recovery boiler of KU series is designed to produce superheated steam through the use of heat accumulated in the gases leaving open-hearth, heating and other technological furnaces. The boiler is supplied divided into transportable units: drum, superheater, evaporating surface, water economizer, boiler piping, boiler drum and accessories and support, water and steam sampling device, the boiler fittings and corresponding actuators, frame, cladding.
Sizes of the КУ series boilers vary in width, that is in the number of parallel coils in batches. In addition, the boilers are divided into two groups by the length of coil batches: first one includes КУ-60 and КУ-80 boilers, which gas passes have the following clear lengths: up- 2850 and down - 2600mm; and the second one includes КУ-100 and КУ-125 boilers with respective lengths of 3450 and 3150 mm.

CONVERTER GAS COOLERS
The converter gas coolers (CGC) are used for afterburning and cooling of gases leaving steelmaking converter.
Structurally the CGC are divided on the cooling principle and cooling surface placement in passes of the coolers.
Converter gas cooler ОКГ-400 can be operated in two main modes: without afterburning of converter gases in an amount of 333x103 Nm3/h at an air excess ratio of 0.11.
The ОКГ-400 is to be installed following the converter of 400 t capacity. The CGC produces saturated steam with a pressure of 2-4 MPa in the amount of 285-370 t/h according to the operating modes.

ENERGOTECHNOLOGICAL BOILER СЭТА-Ц-100
СЭ Т А- Ц -100 boiler is designed for installation in the single contact sulfuric acid production process using the “short” flow scheme with elemental sulfur as a raw material. С Э Т А - Ц -100 is a natural circulation, single tube, all-welded, vertical boiler with a horizontal cyclone fire chamber. The boiler can be supplied with or without a superheater.
