Purpose :
Silencers are used as unregulated throttle elements of the pressure-reducing and desuperheating station. Designed to reduce noise during throttling and expansion of steam in the PRDS. Installed directly behind the throttle valves of PRDS.
Silencers with a throttle cooling grid are designed to cool the steam and are component of a product set included in the PRDS.
Connection to pipeline – by welding.
Installation position – horizontal and vertical.
Operating medium flow –in the direction of the body indicator.
Ambient class – У3 according to GOST 15150-69.
